Meet Pendraig's Siberian Queens
- Dedicated to bringing you the healthiest Siberian kittens around because we believe in True Love For Life.Welcome to our Siberian Queens Showcase.
Here you can learn a little bit about our Siberian Cat Queens including our foundation Sonja, our present Queens Pelageja, Lily and Julia and our future queens Dica and Eowyn. We have been blessed with some amazing females and some amazing lines, we treasure each and every one and we know they will bring Pendraig Siberians the regal kittens we seek.
We have decided to move towards traditional lines and away from color-point (Neva Masquerade). Our new females represent some of the great type the traditional lines have to offer. We have worked carefully for a well balanced cat with outstanding health and gracious beauty and charm. We believe our girls represent what is best about Siberian cats and we hope that in the future they will be a positive influence within the breed here in the United States and abroad.
Of special pride is our foundation line SunFire. With this line we are helping the Siberian breed maintain a wide and diverse gene pool while still retaining the unique and distinct Siberian breed qualities. We hope to add more foundation lines to our own in the future and to help other, like-minded and far-thinking breeders to help secure the future for Siberian cats everywhere!

Lilyana comes to us from a great breeder, Lana Daigle of Ablaze Siberian cats.

Lily represents some of the great lines of Russia including catteries Black and Chingi-Tura. She has a great coat, fantastic heft and vibrant health. She is a firecracker too, always on the go playing or demanding love and attention from us, the other cats or even our dogs! She's even great with our12 month old son, Gabriel.
Lily will add some great diversity and color to our cattery and is an important asset to our goal in becoming a Traditional Breeder. She is another silver and when combined with Aslan produces some great silver and vibrant reds in our kittens. She also produces a lot of rare colors and combinations including two red females in the first litter. We have kept her daughter, Pendraig Boudicca Aslanovna SunFire for our future breeding program. Lily's first litter had exceptional type and beauty and we expect great things from her and her offspring.
Lily loves showing already and we hope show her some more soon. She also enjoys meeting new people including kitten buyers! We couldn't ask for a more beautiful, sweet, adorable and intelligent cat. Thank you Lana!

Daughter of our sweet Peli and our stunningly handsome Grisha, this girl has great potential. She has the best qualities of her mother and father and we hope that she will grow to fullfill that potential!
We have high hopes to show her in CFA and TICA and for her to take her place one day as a Pendraig Queen of distinction. She is a lovely blue tabby with the well-known Cica coat, her mother's green eyes and a sweet expression all her own. We are not yet sure if she will turn out to be silver. Her brother out of a previous litter was nearly the same shade as she is and turned out to be silver as he matured.
She still has two sisters available for adoption. A lovely silver mackerel, Eva and a sweet silver classic. They will grow into stunning adults. If you are interested in one of her sisters please contact us.

Daughter of our lovely and charismatic Aslan and Lily, this girl has striking color and the same wonderful personality as her parents. She also has a full and glossy coat with a glorious tail!

Dica carries on our SunFire legacy. We are very proud of this special girl and we look forward to her gorgeous kittens in 2009. We hope that she will pass on her lovely green eyes to her babies. She debuted her show career at the TICA South Central Regional in August 2008. She behaved very well and though she was up against stiff competition she did get BOB in one ring. We hope to show her more in the near future.
Dica is a sweet and affectionate girl and can often be found sleeping next to or on her favorite people. She has a purr that can ease the most stressful days! If she is anything like her mother she will be an outstanding Queen, devoted to her kittens and hopefully raising kittens as fat as her mother does!
Dica loves to help her mother babysit and can often be seen teaching her new siblings how to get into the worst trouble that is, of course, the most fun!
We know this girl will have great babies with our boy Grisha and our future stud (to be annnounced soon... =). Look back soon for more updates and information.

Julia is a beautiful solid blue cat with one of the most amazing Siberian coats we've ever seen. She also have the most gentle and loving personality but she isn't slow to stand up for herself if Lily, another Queen of ours, plays too rough!
Julia comes from CICA cattery which has a reputation for producing excellent, typey and super healthy kittens. This is also one of the only catteries we know who follows a diet plan similar to ours which is 100% (or nearly so) raw and natural.
We hope that Julia will have a long and healthy show career and we hope to get her titled before she produces her first litter but even if she doesn't we have plans to show her as she matures. She performs well in the show ring and seems to enjoy the attention.
Julia is best friends with our other queen Lily and is already quite enamored of our stud Aslan. We know that this combination is going to produce some absolutely stunning and very typey kittens.

Peli is a gorgeous blue silver spotted tabby. She is a Russian import and produces wonderful, and affectionate kittens. She also passes on her strikingly large eyes. Besides being lovely on her own she brings a stellar pedigree with my champion cats. She has the renowned Laskovij Zverj cattery in her background including the well known Dimka.
Peli has large, luminous eyes that we passed onto her kittens. She also produce some nice silver coloring with our cream silver stud Aslan and we hope with our black smoke boy Grisha. Sonja is our pride and joy, the cat of my heart and the true keeper of my soul. She was born during a very rough time in my life when I had given up on love and was trying to shut out even the animals. It would have killed me to do so, so the powers that be sent this guardian angel down to me. She wouldn’t take no for an answer and had to have me for herself. She was determined from the day she was born and I do often wonder what kind of angel she is trapped in a cat’s body, yet completely content. She reminded me how beautiful love can be and showed me hope where I thought there was none.
Sonja has a proud lineage. Her dam was a priceless foundation cat imported from Russia. Her lines are completely new to the breed and she was judged to be of excellent Siberian cat type and thus allowed to breed and contribute to it’s future. Because of her rare bloodlines Sonja is also a priceless asset to our breeding program and indeed, to the Siberian breed itself. Her sire’s side, Boris, boasts an amazing pedigree that includes some of the greatest US Siberian cats. She is the ultimate combination of new blood and old and is a symbol of strength for the Siberian Cat breed.

Due to a tragic complication she was only able to produce one litter. She is retired from breeding now but is still carrying out her mothering duties. She produced a fine litter that will continue her legacy with her cream silver tabby son.
Sonja is named after a childhood hero of mine from a movie called, “Red Sonja”. She also carries her mother’s name as her surname, part of her legacy as the vessel of our most precious foundation bloodline. Her son, Aslan, is registered with SunFire and each and every kitten born to this line will carry this name as well.
